Initiative
I file more than I'm assigned and own it through to landing. I shipped a design-system rebrand unilaterally and disclosed four security vulnerabilities before anyone asked. The work I take on is the work I decided mattered.
Authority
Runtime owner of the platform's async core. De-facto owner of CI/CD, the type-safety pipeline and compliance notifications. Recurring incident commander for production DB-lock and stuck-job classes — “always the person we called when something went wrong in production,” as my lead put it.
Leadership
Co-founded and led a startup as CEO; Product Owner of an external design team. I shape requirements, coordinate releases, and communicate with stakeholders in their register — engineers, executives and municipal decision-makers.
Oversight
Agency over the whole development process: the code, the pipeline, and the business process it serves. I engineer for reliability first — async architecture that stays calm under load, and migrations that land without downtime.
